This SHI card was inserted into Overstreets FAN magazine.  I beleive, issue #17 - November 1996.  It was used to promote three special issues of SHI that came in the magazine issues 19 - 20, the "Tora No Shi" series.  Overstreet's FAN magazine is no longer published.
