This SHI card is part of the Dark Horse Mini Playing Card deck.  Its a regular playing card deck (tiny) with comic characters on each card.  From the San Diego Comic Con. Image is from the cover of the first issue of SHI JU-NEN published by Dark Horse.  The cards measure approximately 1 1/5 inch by 2 inch's.  Very kool promotional item from Dark Horse Comics.
